A:	Yes. The program is intended for people that you know, so it is limited by the number of people that you know. The more people you know, the more you can refer. (But the program is limited to one $25 payout for referring 5 friends)

Q: Do I have to sign up or register to participate in the program?

A:	Yes. Creating an account (which is free) allows us to keep track of your referrals to make certain that you receive proper credit for each submission.

Q: How will you know that I have referred a new customer to Intouch Wireless?

A:	All referrals must be submitted through our web-form which is then logged in our customer management software with a date and time-stamp.

Q: How will you know when my referral becomes a customer of Intouch Wireless?

A:	When you refer your friend, you give them your phone number & a referral card. When they come into our store, our associate will record your phone number as the referring party. You can always contact us directly via email : rewards@shopintouch.com

Q: What happens if there is a dispute on a referral?

The objective of this program is to reward our customers to refer their friends and family, not once, but on an ongoing basis. Therefore, Intouch Wireless will make every attempt to side with our customers, when reasonable, in the case of a dispute. However, in the event that a dispute still exists, all decisions made by the management of Intouch Wireless are final.
