| Customers must be referred using the online referral system prior to their purchase from Intouch Wireless.
Referrals are credited based on a customer's first purchase. Once a customer purchases from Intouch Wireless, they become our friend too. All subsequent referral submissions will not be honored.
To be eligible for a $25 rewards certificate, you must refer the names and email addresses of 5 friends. You will only receive one reward, even if you exceed 5 customer referrals.
If email addresses are invalid, blocked or marked as spam during our verification process, they will not count toward the five referrals necessary to earn your $25 reward.
Reward payment will be issued via Intouch Wireless giftcard and this card has no cash value. No subsitutions permitted.
Group/family referrals count as one customer and cannot be broken up to count for individual referrals.
In the event that two customers refer the same individual, Intouch Wireless will base their referral determination based on the time stamp of the referrals.
Referrals must be qualified referrals and no referrals under the age of 18 should be submitted through this program.
Both the referred and referring parties are responsible for any and all taxes that may be due as a result of the rewards and/or discounts earned through this program.
Intouch Wireless reserves the right to change this referral program at any time and in any way. Furthermore, Intouch Wireless may cancel this program or substitute another program at any time.
Employees of Intouch Wireless and her affiliates are ineligible for this program.
